Election time is fast approaching and we filipinos are very much entertained by candidates from the highest position upto the barangay level or the lowest government position. It's a festive mood everytime a candidate is around, visiting public markets, malls and crowded places. Foods are given, donations here and there, and mind you, cash as incentives! And during election day. thats the festival, everybody is eager to vote. Cash is flowing from corner to corner! And that's the road to fortune and fame!
